The sourcing
We carefully select the old wines we offer: sourcing is the key! We find and select wines from very good cellar to offer the perfect winetasting for you !
Thourough anaylisis
We carefully inspect all the bottles to be sure they are up to be presented in one of our dinners.
Preparation
Every details matter : from the prepration of the bottle in advance to the opening. Old corks are sometimes hard to pull.
And then you have to open them at the right moment so the wine will be ready for the dinner !
